Privacy and directory information

This directory helps the Henderson Squash Club community discover local businesses and club sponsors.

What appears publicly

Published listings display the business name, nominated contact name, category, service area, description, public contact details, website, logo and any member offer. The club controls sponsor badges. Only submit information you are authorised to publish.

What stays private

Your submitter email, club connection, correction requests and moderation notes are available to the directory administrator. We use them to maintain listings and respond to corrections. A submitter email only appears publicly if it is also supplied as a public business email.

Storage and access

Listings and submissions are stored in the website's database. Uploaded logos are stored separately. Administrator access requires sign-in. We record a hashed network address with an hourly counter to limit spam submissions. This directory does not add advertising trackers.

Updates and removal

Use “Request a correction” on a business page to ask for updates or removal. The club reviews requests before changing published information. Member offers are provided by the business; contact it to confirm the terms and availability.
